All cabin Broken Bow and Beavers Bend cabin reservations require credit card to guarantee the reservation. Mountaineer Cabin Rentals is not responsible for loss of any money or valuables. Late Check-ins must contact the office by 11:00 am the following morning to check the status of your paperwork. Check out is at 11 am, unless previously arranged extra fees will apply for late check-out. CABINS MUST BE LEFT IN ARRIVAL CONDITION. Cabins may be assessed for damages and guests may be charged accordingly. Smoking in a cabin is considered as damage due to the expense we incur to remove the odor. Hot tubs and jacuzzis should be entered at your own risk. You must shower or bathe before entering hot tubs. If the water is left excessively dirty you will incur an extra cleaning fee. All guests are expected to use with care all furnishings, appliances, home interiors, etc. in the cabin.  Pet Friendly CabinsHouse trained & well mannered dogs are welcome in pet friendly cabins only. If your pet sheds excessively there will be a $25.00 housekeeping fee, to remove all traces of pet hair from the cabins. Guests must clean up after the pet when walking the dog on the cabin grounds. Guest assumes all responsibility for any damages caused by pets brought to the cabin.
Amenities
for the cabins include either a charcoal or propane gas grill. Cabins have
Full Kitchens equipped with a full-size refrigerator, a range & oven, a
microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster/toaster oven and a variety of pots/pans,
dish ware, glassware and flatware, microwave and coffee maker. The cabins may also include
Color TVs with VCRs, DVDs, Cable or Satellite reception, and some cabins have Hot Tubs.
Linens
are provided in the cabins. Beds are made prior to guest check-in. Fresh bath
towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided in the bathroom(s), as well as some
complimentary soaps and toilet tissue, to get your vacation started. Clean dishtowels and cloths are provided
in the kitchens as well as dish washing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs and paper towels.
