Beavers' Tooth Cabin gives that true cabin feel as it is all log, 2 story 1882 sq. feet of space for living. This cabin features a king size bed in the master bedroom downstairs and a full bath across the hall featuring a huge jaccuzi tub and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining. Living area features a stone fireplace and wall and cathedral ceiling and T.V. Upstairs brings you into a loft with a desk and rocker and entry to upstairs bedroom and 1/2 bath. This bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds and for kids entertainment an arcade style basketball game! Beavers' Tooth is secluded and located 2.5 miles off of hwy 259 to the west of Hochatown and is about 20 to 25 minutes from the park and the lake. Outdoors of this cabin offers a large firepit as well as porch with a swing to enjoy the nature. The grill is charcoal and there is a table next to the grill.

This cabin requires a 500.00 deposit that is refundable after check out and cleaning. Actual credit card must be used to make the deposit- no debit cards or checks.

ATV riding is NOT allowed on this property or the surrounding areas with out a club membership, riding will result in loss of deposit. Outdoor smoking at the firepit only and a butt can will be provided.

Sorry but NO PETS please!! bringing a pet will result in loss of deposit and charges of the cabin cleaning.

Moutaineer Cabin Policy

ALL CABINS ARE NON-SMOKING smoking inside the cabin will cost you at least 100.00 for cleaning and the cost of damages. Please enjoy our outdoors area to smoke.

HOT TUBS Please help us take care of the tub by not standing or sitting on, climbing or walking on them. You will be charged for replacement and the cost of a tub cover starts at approx. 600.00.

YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO RENT A CABIN - guest must be 21 and all minors must be accompanied by parent or guardian.

CHECK-INS AND CHECK-OUTS – Early check-ins are not always available, nor are late check-outs, you may contact office staff and if available then charges will apply. CHECK IN BEGINS AT 3:00 PM AND CHECK OUT IS AT 11:00 AM.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

A one night rent will be taken to secure your reservation- this amount will be deducted from the total amount owed. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. You may move your reservation date if unable to come with advance notice, there is no charge to move your date. If date is change to a holiday or special weekend or cabin rate has increased all rate changes and rules will apply.

Changes/cancellations within 48 hours of check in will result in a full charge of rental this also applies to no-shows. To change or cancel any reservation you must talk with office management in person. Cancellations/ changes will not be done thru e-mail or a message left on phone.

Reservations cancelled prior to 20 day of check in will result charge of one night deposit- less than 20 days but before 48 hours will be charged half of full amount owed for reservation.


LIABILITY

It is understood and agreed upon by guest, guests family & friends of guest, that the cabin owner, nor the cabin management shall be held responsible or liable for loss or damage of personal property, nor personal injury while on the owners property. This is agreed upon with the making of a reservation and paying of deposit on the said cabin.

LINENS/ CABIN CONTENTS

Daily housekeeping and towel service are not provided, however linens and towels are provided in the cabins, as well as some paper products. The cabin linens are 1 towel & washcloth per guest per night, hand towel, kitchen washcloth and towel for each day of stay. Please bring any extra towels you may need (lake and hot tub). We supply each cabin with 2 rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, 2 hand soaps and 2 bath soaps, if you feel you will need more then please bring extra. All cabins have basic kitchen setups as well as microwave, and coffee maker with 2 coffees and filters, some packets of sugar, creamer and sweet n low, again if you will need more please bring them.

FIREWOOD- is not provided with the cabin but may be ordered and delivered to the cabin prior to your arrival. Please call the office for prices and amounts.
