MOUNTAINEER CABINS POLICIES RESERVING GUESTS MUST BE 21, AND ALL GUESTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT Mountaineer Cabins is not responsible for loss of any money or valuables. Our Broken Bow & Beavers Bends Cabins include charcoal/gas grill. Cabins include: refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, and dish's, unless otherwise noted. Cabins are provided with linens however, daily maid service is not. Some complimentary soaps, toilet tissue, dish soap, & paper towels are provided to get you started. The cabins may include TV, VCR, DVD, Cable/Satellite, and some Beavers Bend cabins have Hot Tubs. Cabins are close to Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, or ATV trails. Children/infants must be included in guest count. Leave cabins tidy - Cabins may be assessed for damages and guests charged accordingly. *ALL CABINS ARE NON SMOKING! $100 fine for smoking in cabins!  Pet Friendly Cabins:Now requires a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE for each pet. Only 2 dogs allowed, weight limit of 40 lbs. *House trained & well mannered dogs are welcome in pet friendly cabins only. Mountaineer Cabins Cancellation Policy Reservations require one night deposit. This deposit is non-refundable, but may be moved to a different date. If you need to make a change. You will be charged the full package price if you fail to cancel you reservation. We realize most people cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we are not responsible for illness, emergencies, weather/ road conditions. Refunds are not available for late arrivals or early departures.
